Surviscor continues to explore the various research options available to the marketplace. The goal is to perform annual user research by either surveying Canadian online users independently or by syndicated research efforts through the various online service firms.
Surviscor, through potential partnerships, plan to offer the following two forms of ongoing research to aid companies in defining the profile of the Canadian online public and the types of products and services they require and expect when using online offerings.
1. The State of Online Usage – Vertical focus
The study is performed on a yearly basis for financial services. Surviscor plans on introducing non-financial services research in 2009 and beyond.
2. Syndicated ongoing research
All firms perform internal client and user research. Surviscor facilitates ongoing research giving companies the ability to benchmark their own findings versus the overall industry measurements.
